National Buddy Day

This year our students, along with thousands around Australia, will participate in National Buddy Day on Wednesday 15 June.

As many of you know we run a program called Better Buddies, with our Prep/1 and 5/6 classes, an initiative of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, where we pair older students with younger students to help create friendships across the school and reduce bullying.
National Buddy Day was developed by NAB and the Alannah & Madeline Foundation to celebrate
these friendships.

Prep/1 and 5/6 will be participating in a range of outdoor cooperative games as part of National Buddy Day to promote the Better Buddies values of caring for others, friendliness, respect, valuing difference, including others and responsibility.
