ON-SITE SUPERVISION REQUEST
Families who have a child that falls under one of the 3 categories for needing supervision on-site, may request for the school to provide supervision during remote and flexible learning.
It is the parents/carers responsibility to ensure that the supervision form is received by the school no later than the Friday before a remote and flexible learning week commences. If you do not submit a request for onsite supervision, you will need to organise alternative supervision arrangements for that week.
It is the Principal's responsibility to ensure that enough staff are on-site to supervise students who are at school. This can only be done when attendance request forms are handed in. It is not the school's responsibility to chase up missing attendance request forms.
