Footy Colours Day 2024!
Our annual school Footy Day kicked off with an exciting Footy Parade, where students and staff proudly showed off their team colours, jerseys, and scarves. The schoolyard was a sea of AFL, NRL, Soccer and local club pride as everyone got into the spirit of the day.
The Year 4, 5 and 6 students took the lead in organising the morning's football themed activities. They did an incredible job running the stations that included games incorporating kicking and handball skills. The highlight of the morning was the marking activity on the big mat, where students practiced their high flying marks! It was great to see so much enthusiasm and fun on display.
Lunchtime brought another treat, our special pre ordered hot pie lunch, which was a perfect snack for footy day. The delicious, warm pies were enjoyed by many. A big thank you to the parent volunteers who helped organise the pie lunch.
Footy Day was a hugh success! A special mention goes out to our Year 4, 5 and 6 students for organising a fun morning for all the students!

| School Hats Needed | |
| School hats are needed from now until the end of the school year, if students wish to have open play time. Students without hats will be able to play under the covered synthetic grassed area. Please name all hats. |  |
| Everyday counts | |
Going to school every day is the single most important part of your child’s education. Students learn new things at school every day – missing school puts them behind. There are always times when students need to miss school, such as when they’re ill. If for any reason your child must miss school, please notify the office on the day of absence. To ensure your child doesn’t fall behind as a result of their absence, speak with their classroom teacher to find out what work they need to catch up on. If you’re having attendance issues with your child, please let the school know so you can work together to get your child to school every day. | .jpg) |
