School Review Parent and Carers Meeting
Every four years, schools need to undertake a review and it is our turn. You are invited to attend a Parents and Carers Meeting to discuss Karingal Heights Primary School with some of the reviewing panel. This is your chance to express your thoughts about us. This will help us think about improvements we can make. Please come and join the panel on Tuesday 28th February at 2:30pm in the Playgroup Room. All parents and carers are welcome.
Please Read-Important Notice
We have a number of children across the school who have an allergy to products containing nuts. To assist us with their care we are asking that products containing nuts are not brought to school for snack or lunch by any child. Thank your for your cooperation.
Anxious Kids with

Our local school parents and carers are very lucky to be able to attend a presentation by Dr Jodi Richardson titled 'Moving kids from anxiety to resilience'. This is a free presentation at McClelland College to be held on Wednesday 1st March at 5:30pm. Please take a look at the flyer as I am sure, many of you will be interested. It is not too late to register.

School Captain and Leadership Badge Presentation
Paul Edbrooke will be attending our next assembly on Friday 10th March to present badges to our School Captains and Leadership team. Everyone is welcome to attend this special celebration.
Child Safety
Thank you to the volunteers who attended their induction meeting last week. These meetings are among the many processes we at Karingal Heights put into place to help protect your children.
CSEF
There are many families who have not put in their forms to claim CSEF. Please see Pauline in the office for assistance, especially if you are unsure if your are eligible. Do not wait until it is time to make camp payments as it will be too late.
CAMP
Camp seems a long way away but there is a lot of organisation to be done before your children go. Expression of interest forms, along with payment details went home with all children in grades 4, 5 and 6. Please return these forms as soon as possible.
Headlice
School is back and so is headlice. Please check your child's hair for headlice on a regular basis and treat if necessary.
