School Notice Board - 2nd December

Graduation and Academic Excellence Awards
We are very excited to be able to invite our school community to celebrate our Grade 6 Graduation and whole school Academic Excellence Awards. This event will take place in the BER building on Monday 12th December beginning at 6:30pm. It is a lovely time to say goodbye to our grade 6 children and to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our children. Everyone is welcome on this night.
ORIENTATION DAY
Orientation Day for all students in Victoria is on Tuesday 13th December. All year 6 students will be attending their chosen secondary school. They are to start the day at the school wearing their school uniform. Parents are responsible for their year 6 child.
Our new prep students will attend school from 9:15 - 11:15. Your children do not need to wear a school uniform.
Thank You
Thank you to Bec and Stacey for cooking the lovely brownies for the special treat today and to Stacey for all of the decorating. The children loved them.
ASSEMBLY
Our next and final assembly is on Friday 9th December beginning at 2pm. There will be presentations by P/1D and 5/6H.
Carols and Family Fun Evening
Get your picnic prepared and your singing voices ready for the annual Carols and Family Fun Evening. Thursday 15th December beginning at 6:00pm. A sausage sizzle will also be happening. Watch this space.
We Would Love Your Help
Our last Breakfast Club for 2022 will be on Friday 16th December and we would love your help in cleaning the Classroom Kitchen. This would involve giving the fridge and freezer a wipe out and cleaning and reorganising some of the kitchen cupboards. You will need a Working With Children's Clearance to assist. Anytime after 9:00am would be appreciated. Please give the office a call if you can volunteer.
End of Term 4
The end of term 4 is fast approaching and we finish the year on Tuesday 20th December. Please make a note that the bell will ring at 1:30pm. The crossing at Skye Road will not be supervised but Mrs Riley and Mr Bodley will escort those that usually use the crossing, across the road.
