A Word From The Principal
What an interesting time to come back from Long Service Leave!
Recent weeks have shown how quickly things can change in regards to COVID. After spending 2 1/2 weeks away in the Northern Territory and South Australia we were heading towards the Victorian border and learnt about lockdown, masks and remote learning. Of course, I knew our fantastic staff and parents would have everything under control and it seemed like there was a very smooth transition into remote learning. Well done, Everyone.
Now that we are back, a few reminders. Anyone over the age of 12 who enters our school property must wear a mask. This does not apply to any of our students. At this stage no parents are allowed to enter the school grounds, this includes dropping off and picking your child up from school so please wave goodbye at the gate or preferably, from your car.
If you need to come to the office do not forget to check in. We are now using QR codes which you can find on the entrance door to both buildings. When you are allowed back on site you will find QR codes at both gates. If you are staying on site as a classroom helper or for a meeting you will also need to sign in at the office as per usual. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Have a great long weekend Everyone,
Kerryn Riley
