Over the next 2 weeks, we will be looking at the Responsible and Respectful behaviour, 'We wait our turn to speak.'


Responsible Rachael and Respectful Ralph understand when to wait and when to speak so they don't interrupt others.

Over the next 2 weeks, all the grades will be focusing on this expectation. How to have conversations without overtaking them, when to put your hand up, when to wait for a pause, how to excuse yourself if you need to interrupt urgently, etc.

Congratulations to the children who represented KHPS at the District Field Events last week. We won a number of ribbons including four first placings. Congratulations to Ana S, Dajion S and Lachlan D who will now represent KHPS in the Zone Championships.

We are having a Mother's Day Morning Tea! Our mothers will soon be receiving an invitation for our Mother's Day Morning Tea. It will be held in the library on Thursday May 6th at 10:00am. Social distancing protocols will need to be observed and please remember to bring a mask.
